Jaw Pain and Headaches

Tooth grinding and clenching causes many problems

Do you suffer from……?

All these symptoms can have one common source – hyperactivity of the jaw muscles.

External signs are teeth grinding or clenching which generally occurs during sleep when they are not consciously controllable and tends to increase during times of stress.

If you suffer from one or more of these symptoms, you may benefit from splint therapy.

Splint therapy involves an appliance worn over the front teeth at night and is clinically proven to prevent tooth clenching and grinding. The effect is to reduce damage to your teeth and also reduce unwanted muscle activity which eliminates the tension that can lead to headaches, neck pain and tooth sensitivity.
